Giveaway!

Even though I can never seem to win anyone else's giveaway, I am doing one of my own. I have a copy of Mo Willem's fabulous book, Knuffle Bunny, to give away. You may already know this book and if you don't have your own copy now's your chance. I blogged about it as a great Urban Picture Book last year. Since it is set in my very own neighborhood, it seems a good choice for a giveaway. Please leave a comment by Friday at 5:00 to get your name in the hat. If you have a favorite urban picture book that you think I'll love too, please tell me in your comment. I am always looking for new books! I'll announce the winner sometime on Saturday.

As a bonus, since I don't think I have that many readers, your odds of winning are better than most.

  1. I'm going on my third try to comment here. I keep getting interrupted!

We don't have this book, but I have heard lots about it. We do have a few other Mo Willems however!

    Thanks for the chance!

  5. We would love to win Knuffle Bunny--oddly enough, we own the Knuffle Bunny plush rabbit, but we do not own the book! LOL

  6. Hmm never heard of Knuffle Bunny but I can not resist attempting to win a book with such a bizarre title.

  7. We take this book out of the library all the time! I love Lyle, Lyle Crocodile (it was my favorite as a child) as an urban picture book. I'm not sure if it is excactly urban (it seems more urban in a parisian way), but Crictor by Tomi Ungerer and the Happy Lion by Louise Fatio are some of our recent favorites.

  8. I love Knuffle Bunny! It's such a cute story. I can't think of any urban books, though. I usually grab the ones set in rural areas.
