Kiddo spotted this bit of light on the ceiling and wondered what is was. I showed him how to investigate by moving his body between the light source (the sun shining in the window) and the spot. Eventually he figured out that it was the sun bouncing off our small greenhouse. He then had great fun opening and closing the lid of the greenhouse to make the spot of light dance on the ceiling.A little bit of everyday science.
So true about the best educational moments are the unplanned ones! Love it!
